Quotes & estimates
The starting prices shown on this site are guides for common jobs. Your actual price is the flat quote we give you on site for your specific repair, confirmed before any work begins. Estimates on installs and replacements are free and carry no obligation.
Scheduling & service
Same-day and next-day slots are offered when available and are not guaranteed. Emergency callouts are prioritised, but we'll always tell you the honest arrival window when you contact us. We reserve the right to decline work we aren't licensed or equipped to carry out safely.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure we can safely reach the fixtures, shutoffs and access points involved, and tell us up front about anything unusual — a crawlspace, an unlabelled main, past repairs, or work done without permits.
