What we get called out for
From a dripping cartridge to a whole-house repipe.
Six things fill most of our week. Find the one that sounds like your house and we'll take it from there.
Drain & Sewer Cleaning
Slow drains and backups cleared properly, with a camera down the line to find what caused it instead of snaking it and leaving.
- Kitchen & bathroom drains
- Main sewer line clearing
- Hydro-jetting for grease and roots
- Camera line inspections
Water Heater Service
Repair, replacement and flushing for tank and tankless units — including the ones that quit on the coldest morning of the year.
- Tank & tankless installs
- Leak & pressure repairs
- Anode rod & flush service
- Same-day replacements
Leak Detection & Repair
We find the leak behind the wall or under the slab with pressure testing and acoustics, so we open the smallest hole possible.
- Slab & underground leaks
- Pinhole copper repairs
- Pressure testing
- Repiping & rerouting
Faucets, Fixtures & Toilets
The everyday stuff — running toilets, seized shutoffs, faucets that drip all night — fitted clean, sealed, and left working.
- Faucet & sink installs
- Toilet repair & replace
- Garbage disposals
- Shower & tub valves
Repiping & Water Lines
Galvanized and failing copper swapped for PEX or new copper, so pressure comes back and the pinhole leaks stop for good.
- Whole-home repipes
- Copper & PEX lines
- Main water line replacement
- Pressure regulator swaps

How a callout runs
From your call to a dry floor.
Tell us what it's doing
Dripping, spraying, or dead quiet? Two minutes on the phone usually tells us which van and which parts to send, and we book the window then and there.
Price before the wrench
We find the actual fault, then give you one flat number covering parts and labour. Nothing gets touched until you say go, and the clock never runs.
Fixed, tested, mopped up
We run the line, check for weeps at every joint, and take the towels and old parts with us. You pay the number you were quoted.
Pricing
What plumbing actually costs around here.
We price the job, not the hour, so a slow tech never costs you more. These are the usual bands — your exact number is confirmed on site before anything starts.
Service Call
Starting at $89
Diagnosis, a running toilet, a dripping faucet cartridge, one seized shutoff.
Standard Job
Starting at $289
Drain clearing, disposal and fixture installs, most single-visit repairs.
Major Project
Starting at $1,200
Water heater replacement, repipes, sewer line work, bathroom rough-ins.
Repipe or sewer line?
Quoted on site
Whole-home repipes, sewer replacements and remodel rough-ins get a walk-through and a written number. That visit is free.
- Free estimates on installs and replacements
- Flat rate approved before work begins
- No overtime charge on scheduled visits
Why us
What you get when a Copper Creek van pulls up.
A licensed plumber, not a salesman
The person who diagnoses it is the person who fixes it. No commission on parts, so nobody talks you into a water heater you didn't need.
One flat number, agreed first
You approve a price covering parts and labour before we start. No hourly meter, no line items appearing at the end.
Shoes off, floors dry
Covers down, towels out, old parts taken away. A plumbing repair shouldn't leave you with a second mess to clean up.
We come back if it weeps
Our workmanship is guaranteed. If a joint we made starts weeping, we return and make it right — no second call-out fee.

Reviews
Where your real reviews will sit
“This is where a real Google review will go once you collect a few. Your best customers' words, front and centre.”
“A second review sits here. Short, specific, and in the customer's own voice — that's what earns the next call.”
“And a third. Once you have five real ones, we wire up a live star rating right here.”
Collect a few Google reviews from finished jobs and they replace these cards — with a live star rating pulled from Google, never typed in by hand.
Coverage
Where our vans run.
Millbrook and the valley below it are our daily patch. The outlying towns we reach on request — ask when you call and we'll tell you the honest drive time.
Before you call
Straight answers, no runaround.
How fast can someone actually get here?
Most repairs get a same-day or next-day window. A true emergency — burst line, no water, sewage backing up — jumps the queue and the phone is answered around the clock.
Where's my shutoff valve, and should I turn it?
Usually where the main enters the house, in a basement or crawlspace, or at the meter box by the street. If water is running where it shouldn't, yes — turn it off, then call. We'll stay on the line and walk you through it.
Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates on installs, replacements and repipes are free. Diagnostic service calls carry a small trip and diagnosis fee, which we tell you before we drive out and often credit against the repair.
Will I know the price before you start?
Always. We find the fault, give you one flat number for parts and labour, and only begin once you approve it. Nothing is billed by the hour.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed for plumbing work and carrying liability insurance, so your home is covered on every job. Happy to show the paperwork before we start.
What if the repair leaks again?
Our workmanship is guaranteed. If a joint or fitting we installed weeps, we come back and make it right at no charge. Parts and fixtures carry their own manufacturer warranties on top.
Which towns do you cover?
Millbrook and Millbrook Heights daily; Hollow Bend, Stonebridge, Kettle Falls and Ashgrove on request. Not sure you're in range? Call and we'll tell you straight.
Still dripping? Let's get it stopped.
A slow drain, a cold shower, or water where it should never be — Copper Creek Plumbing can be booked in for it today. Call the duty plumber or send the details online.
